Agents

Agents that watch the pipeline and ask before they send.

Background agents read calls, email and WhatsApp, then do the follow-up work reps tend to skip. They write tasks, verdicts and drafts. People send.

Follow-up draft

Silent 6 days
Hi Hannah, on Tuesday’s call you mentioned the board reviews vendors on the 20th. I’ve attached the two-location quote you asked about, with onboarding split across both sites. Want me to hold Thursday at 10 for questions?

Six agents

What runs, when, and what it leaves behind.

Each agent runs on a schedule or an event, works from the lead’s full history, and writes its result where a rep will see it.

  1. Stalled-deal watchdog

Reads the full history across calls, email and WhatsApp and rates the deal healthy, at risk, or stalled based on what was said, not just elapsed time. Stalled deals get a re-engage task.

    Runs
    Every 2 hours
    Looks at
Open deals with no activity for 72+ hours
    Leaves
    Verdict + re-engage task
  2. Silent-lead follow-up

Drafts a specific follow-up from the call transcript, email thread and quote, not a template. It waits in Agent Drafts for a rep.

    Runs
    Daily
    Looks at
    Leads quiet for 5+ days
    Leaves
    Draft for review
  3. Inbound reply triage

Classifies the reply as an objection, pricing question, ready to buy, scheduling, or unsubscribe intent. Ready-to-buy replies move the stage, objections get a task, and a suggested reply waits for review.

    Runs
    On every reply
    Looks at
    New Gmail or WhatsApp message
    Leaves
    Label, task or stage, draft
  4. Call commitment tracker

Pulls out promises made on the call, such as “pricing by Friday”, as tasks with a due date. A daily check escalates any that slip past due.

    Runs
    After each transcript
    Looks at
    A recorded call finishes transcribing
    Leaves
    Commitments + escalations
  5. Daily briefing

A prioritized “do these today” list per rep, built from quota attainment, the forecast, and the watchdog’s verdicts.

    Runs
    Daily
    Looks at
Each rep’s pipeline, quota and deal-risk verdicts
    Leaves
    Slack or Discord message
  6. Duplicate merge adjudicator

Compares both records for completeness and reliability and queues a merge recommendation. A rep approves it, and the history moves onto the kept record.

    Runs
    On new lead
    Looks at
A new lead matches an existing one
    Leaves
    Merge recommendation

Guardrails

The trade-off: slower than full autopilot, and nothing you didn’t approve.

Fully automatic sending would be faster. We chose review-first because a wrong message to a hot lead costs more than a minute of a rep’s time.

Agents can

  • Rate a deal healthy, at risk or stalled, and create a re-engage task
  • Move a lead forward when a reply says they are ready to buy
  • Draft follow-ups and suggested replies into Agent Drafts
  • Turn commitments from a call into tasks with due dates
  • Queue a merge recommendation for two matching leads

Agents never

  • Send an email or WhatsApp message without a rep clicking send
  • Merge two records before someone approves it
  • Mark a commitment as done on its own
  • Read data from another workspace
